I have been eating subway for many years and most of them are OK. Cheap sandwich made the way you want - but some are not and this is one of the worse.
History Note - originally they (Subway) had a great bread - loved it. Unfortunately they decided to change recipes and cheapened the bread to the tasteless offering they now have. This was per one of the Corporate officers I have talked to in the past.
First of all they are unfriendly and make you wonder why you are here bothering them (appears to be mostly the management - some employees are actually nice).
They are cheap - you get 1 napkin per sandwich (most give you 2), skimpy on bacon compared to others and unlike most that I go to - do not offer a senior discount.
I also hate that the bathrooms are locked and they insult you by giving you a big key so you don't steal it - sort of gives you an idea of the cliental.
Too many other choices around. -

We came in to pick up food for later. We were surprised when the clerk kept telling us all the items they were out of.... which was long. How does a sandwich shop run out of cheese?
clerk was nice, and took care of us quickly. -

Worse service ever! We waited a good 10 minutes for service. When she finally helped us, she literally threw our sandwiches together like a sloppy mess and rang us up. Never coming back.
Go the extra mile and go to Jersey Mikes!
This place is a disaster. -

Linda - the owner of this horrible Subway - is quite possibly the worst Subway owner in the history of Subways. Today was the last straw. It's always risky when going to this particular Subway but unfortunately it's the closest one to our house so we "risked" it today. A new girl was working. She asked us what meat to put on the sandwich. Clearly she's had a lot of training, right? The meatball sub had no meatballs. It had chunks of deformed slop with dark-red tinted layers that looks like it has been sitting out for an unknown amount of time. When my wife complained at the time, the new girl said "no, they're meatballs..." which showed that she wasn't listening to our concerns nor cared.
We called the owner, Linda. She was very rude cutting us off and defending her moron employee. I've seen so much turn-over at this Subway it's really no surprise with such a rude owner. She was not apologetic or interested in making it right. I guess she must really be strapped for cash - even if it means haggling customers over $6.
Even though this is the most convenient Subway, I will NEVER be back. I genuinely hope the worst for them and that they go out of business. I highly recommend you save yourself from food poisoning (yes, me and my wife had it at different times from going to this Subway) and disappointment and go somewhere else.
